Improving the Transition for Foster Youth with Disabilities
June 28, 2010 at the California Endowment Oakland Conference Center
Topics will include improving screening and applications, improving a youth’s transition beyond AB 1331 mandates, what stakeholders outside child welfare departments need to know about SSI for foster youth with disabilities, and strategies for improving the safety net for foster youth with disabilities through collaborative relationships.
